Where does Butler & Bentley deliver?

 

Butler & Bentley deliver to the Inner West, Lower North Shore and Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. 

 

When does Butler & Bentley deliver?

 

Once an order is made customers then proceed to choose a 2hr time slot of their conveinience Fri 12pm - 6pm and Sat - 12pm - 5pm. A same day e-mail confirmation will be sent to you. A printed invoice copy will be hand delivered with your goods to you after all items are packed and delivered.

 

 

When can I receive my order?

Orders will be received by the customer within 18 hours from the time it was placed with Butler & Bentley, provided it was placed before the cut off time of 6pm. For example: If an order is placed on Friday before cutoff at 6pm, the earliest delivery slot will be Saturday from 12pm onward. 

 

How is my order packed?

 

Your order is prepared ever so carefully by the packing team in the Butler & Bentley warehouse. Experienced fresh produce handlers will pack your selected items into brown paper bags and into a Butler & Bentley cardboard boxes and crates.

 

Can I change the delivery day?

 

 

Once your order has been processed, an invoice is generated and you will not be able to go back in and change the date. To discuss special circumstances, please contact Customer Care on 9713 9067. Depending on the amount of notice, it may be possible to arrange a different delivery day or a cancellation and refund.

 

How is my order transported to me?

 

Once your order is packed, our temperature-controlled vans maintain the quality and freshness of your order.

 

We can’t deliver your goods if nobody’s home

If a delivery can’t be made because you weren’t home during your scheduled delivery time, we’ll try to contact you. If you think you missed your delivery, call us at 9713 9067.We won’t leave goods unless they’re signed for, or specified to be left at the door in the delivery instructions. A cancellation fee of your delivery total may be charged.

How can I relay special requests?

What if products are out of stock?

If a product is out of stock, we will call and offer to replace it with a superior product. If we cannot offer a suitable replacement, you will not be charged for any products not delivered. If we can't reach you, the delivery note contained in your order will list all the products you've bought, and mark any substitutions you have received or products that need to be refunded due to lack of availability.

What if I find that there is an item missing?
 

Please check the invoice to see if the product was marked as being out of stock and to see whether a refund has been processed. If an item is out of stock we will immediately issue the amount in question to your credit card. To resolve any issues, please email customecare@butlerandbentley.com.au or phone 9713 9067 Monday - Friday 9am- 5pm.

 

 

Can I return a product?
 

In the event of any problems with goods purchased online from Butler & Bentley, they may be returned to the warehouse store for exchange. Products must be accompanied with the Butler & Bentley invoice.

However, Butler & Bentley will not be responsible for any loss or deterioration which occurs subsequent to delivery (due to non-timely collection or otherwise).

Butler & Bentley guarantees to deliver premium quality, market fresh goods direct to your door. If you are dissatisfied with any perishable item, we will gladly discuss with you any requests for a credit to your credit card for the amount in question.

 

 

Can I receive an order on a public holiday?
 

Deliveries are not made on the following public holidays:
Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday nor on Anzac Day.
